How does licensing work?

All tiers are perpetual. Paid tiers include 12 months of feature updates. After 12 months your copy keeps running. New features and OS updates require a current license.

Can I move my license to a new machine?

Yes. Deactivate the old machine from your account dashboard, then activate on the new one. No ticket needed.

Does PT Manager work offline?

Yes. Internet is only needed for activation and a periodic refresh every 90 days. A grace period on first launch gives you time to set up without rushing.

System requirements?

macOS 13 (Ventura) or later. Native Apple Silicon plus Intel support.
